Hebei province's development and reform commission on Aug 3 published its second batch of planned green power direct-connect projects for 2026, comprising four projects with a combined generation capacity of 362.5 MW, including 92.5 MW of wind power and 270 MW of solar PV. To date, Hebei has allocated two batches of green power direct-connect project quotas totaling 5.59 GW, with wind power accounting for 3.16 GW and solar PV for 2.428 GW.
