The CR price index is based on prices of sample sites in major production, transfer and consumption areas. The index sample point selects the representative traded varieties of each coal type in the sample area, and collates and reports the actual average transaction price and inventory of each sample point on Friday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. every Friday.
