Sichuan province's steel industry held a meeting on anti-involution self-discipline on September 8, according to the Sichuan Vanadium Titanium Iron and Steel Industry Association. Participants discussed the current market conditions and business operations, and agreed that steel companies should strengthen self-discipline, pursue fair competition and shift their focus from price competition to quality, technology, service and branding to build a healthy and sustainable industrial ecosystem.
