Ningdong Energy and Chemical Industry Base has been included in the Yellow River Bend-Central Plains pilot city cluster for national comprehensive hydrogen energy application trials, becoming the only region in Ningxia to be selected, according to the Ningdong base management committee on Aug 24.The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission approved five city clusters to carry out the national hydrogen pilot program, marking a new stage of policy-backed and cross-regional coordinated development for the local hydrogen industry.
