Jiangsu's cumulative installed solar power capacity surpassed 100 GW on Aug 18, reaching 100.08 GW and accounting for over 38% of the province's total installed power capacity, making it China's first province to exceed the 100 GW solar milestone. Solar has also overtaken coal, gas and wind to become Jiangsu's largest power source.
