The Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China said at a meeting on July 30 that it will create a fair and orderly market competition environment, formulate and implement regulations for building a unified national market, and continue to comprehensively rectify "involution-style" competition while regularly addressing overdue payments to enterprises.
