China's key steel mills produced 20.15 million tonnes of crude steel over July 11-20 2026, averaging 2.02 million tonnes per day, down 0.4% from July 1-10, according to data from the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA). Pig iron output stood at 18.41 million tonnes, or 1.84 million tonnes per day, down 1.3%, while steel product output reached 19.29 million tonnes, averaging 1.93 million tonnes per day, up 2.5%.
