Indonesia's energy ministry has granted an additional coal production quota of about 15-20 million tonnes to three subsidiaries of miner Bayan Resources — PT Tiwa Abadi, PT Tanur Jaya and PT Fajar Sakti Prima — Tri Winarno, an official at the ministry, said on September 21. The three companies had previously declared force majeure after failing to secure approval for output increases.
