China's Wuxi Boton Technology Co., Ltd. said it signed a long-term intelligent operation support service agreement (SERV Agreement) with SimFer on September 14 for the Simandou iron ore project.
The signing extends the two sides' cooperation from product supply and on-site installation to long-term intelligent operations support and full life-cycle services, the company said. It marks a key milestone in Baotong's global service strategy.
Simandou is a world-class iron ore project. The blocks 3 and 4 developed by SimFer contain about 1.5 billion tonnes of high-grade iron ore reserves.
