China's state planner has convened a special meeting with regional authorities and railway operators to stabilise Xinjiang's coal output, strengthen transport capacity and boost outbound shipments from the region, state broadcaster CCTV reported.The National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) will strengthen coordination to resolve key issues in Xinjiang coal outbound transport and leverage the region's role in safeguarding national coal supply, according to the report.
