U.S. Census Bureau data shows India, the Netherlands, Morocco, Brazil and South Korea were the top five destinations for U.S. coal exports in Jul 2026, together accounting for 60.9% of total shipments that month. India remained the largest buyer, importing 1.30 million tonnes, up 17.59% year on year but down 29.77% month on month.
