The Baltic Dry Index (BDI) rose 1.53% to 2,926 points on Aug 25, marking its highest level since Aug 12, 2026, and its biggest daily gain since Aug 21, 2026, extending a four-day winning streak. The Panamax index (BPI) gained 1.64% to 2,166 points, the Capesize index (BCI) rose 1.98% to 4,735 points, and the Supramax index (BSI) edged up 0.12% to 1,643 points.
