Hebei province's government website said on Aug 25 that a train carrying 3,200 tonnes of Indonesian coking coal in open-top containers recently departed from Jingtang Port in Tangshan for Xiaonan in Shanxi, marking the official launch of the "Jingtang Port-Xiaonan" Indonesia coking coal rail service and adding a new cargo type to the port's open-top container shipping business.
