Chinese coal miner Haohua Energy Resources said its chairman Xue Lingguang has proposed distributing a cash dividend to all shareholders for the first half of 2026, with the total payout no less than 20% of the company's net profit attributable to shareholders in the period, with no stock dividends or capital reserve increases.
