Huaihe Energy Holding Group has submitted its 15th "Five-Year Plan" to the provincial state-owned assets regulator, with 214 key strategic tasks advancing on schedule, according to the Huainan Daily. The group has established a strategic emerging industries research institute to guide its transformation, while pushing forward coal resource succession and project development, including the start of construction on Suburga coal mine, the first ultra-large mine approved during the national 15th "Five-Year Plan" period, and progress on projects such as Shitoumei No.2 and Tiaohu No.7.
