Heilongjiang province imported 103.5 billion yuan worth of bulk commodities in the first half of 2026, up 4.1% year on year, according to Harbin Customs. Energy product imports reached 89.58 billion yuan, edging up 0.3%, with growth in crude oil, metal ores, and coal including lignite.
