S Africa's rail operator Transnet Freight Rail has accepted the coal delivery to port for exports before scheduled maintenance over Jul 23-Aug 1. This pushed up coal stocks at Richards Bay Coal Terminal to above 3 Mt for 2^nd week ending Jul 14.
