India's Union Power Minister Manohar Lal held bilateral talks with German Federal Environment Minister Carsten Schneider in New Delhi on Sep 2. The two sides reaffirmed commitments to deepen collaboration covering energy security, low-carbon development and carbon markets. Their discussions also touched upon electrification, supply-chain diversification and sustainable-development priorities, according to India's Ministry of Power.
