China's central bank conducted zero 7-day reverse repurchase agreements on Sep 2, 2026, citing demand from primary dealers in open market operations, according to an announcement. With 239.5 billion yuan ($33.6 billion) of 7-day reverse repos and 359 billion yuan of overnight reverse repos maturing on the day, the operation resulted in a net liquidity withdrawal of 598.5 billion yuan.
