International oil prices rose on September 1, 2026. Light crude futures for October delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange settled $4.46 higher at $90.22/barrel, up 5.2%, while Brent crude futures for November delivery on London's ICE exchange settled $4.16 higher at $94.65/barrel, up 4.6%.
