Indonesia's Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry on Aug 31 released thermal coal reference prices (HBA) for H1 Sep, with most grades declining from H2 Aug. The HBA reference price for high-6322 kcal/kg coal stood at $126.87/t, while HBA I (high-5300 kcal/kg) was set at $95.05/t, HBA II (high-4100 kcal/kg) at $65.06/t and HBA III (high-3400 kcal/kg) at $44.15/t.
