China Baoli Technologies Holdings Ltd. has reported significant progress in deploying its dry grinding and dry beneficiation business in Mongolia, as it builds a pipeline of mineral processing projects and promotes more efficient and environmentally responsible resource development.

The development of the Mongolian iron ore project has moved into an important construction stage. Core equipment has been procured, some items have cleared customs and arrived in Mongolia, and the company has sent technical specialists to the site to support installation, commissioning and operational preparation.

China Baoli expects the first batch of processed iron ore concentrate to be produced shortly, calling the expected output a key operational milestone.

At the Mongolian coal processing project, infrastructure such as the mining camp, staff dormitories and other supporting facilities has been completed, and recruitment of mainland Chinese and local employees has begun. Procurement of processing equipment, fuel and other raw materials is underway. However, despite that groundwork, the project still needs additional resources, funding and operational preparation before full production can start.

China Baoli also pointed to improving coal market conditions, with significantly higher prices and renewed upward momentum. Management believes the positive macro environment offers a timely opportunity to accelerate the Mongolian coal project.

On the commercial side, the company has been in talks with established suppliers, distributors and bulk mineral trading firms about potential offtake arrangements, distribution channels and long-term sales partnerships for processed coal and iron ore products. Some potential distributors have started due diligence and onboarding procedures, helping build downstream market relationships and secure future customers.

The company aims to establish reliable offtake channels for its Mongolian output to ensure market access and support project economics as capacity increases.

Beyond Mongolia, China Baoli has begun evaluating potential iron ore projects in Africa, looking for assets with adequate resource potential, development prospects and strategic value for its dry grinding and dry beneficiation operations. The effort is intended to diversify the resource base, enlarge the project pipeline and reduce dependence on any single market or jurisdiction.

The board views the dry grinding and dry beneficiation segment as a major growth opportunity that aligns with global industry trends favoring sustainable and environmentally responsible mining.
