On Aug 15, Indonesia's ESDM cut HBA for 6,322 Kcal/kg GAR coal for H2 of the month, down $1.53/t from H1 to $100.69/t. For other sub-indexes, HBA I, gauging 5,300 Kcal/kg GAR, decreased to $67.2/t; HBA II, measuring 4,100 Kcal/kg GAR, fell to $43.7/t; HBA III, basis 3,400 Kcal/kg GAR, slid to $33.48/t.
