Shanxi province will work with neighboring Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi to seek approval from the Ministry of Transport for the early launch of a regional zero-carbon highway transport corridor for coal shipments out of the three provinces, according to a September 29 briefing held by the Shanxi provincial government information office.
