China's National Energy Administration plans to establish an "AI plus energy" working group under the Belt and Road energy partnership framework, aiming to strengthen policy coordination and experience-sharing among member countries in areas including AI-driven energy transition and green energy supporting sustainable computing power development. The group will focus on scenarios such as renewable power forecasting, power system optimization, new energy storage regulation and multi-energy coordination, as well as green energy infrastructure for computing power, to promote joint research, technical exchanges and demonstration cooperation.
