China Pingmei Shenma Holding Group completed issuance of 500 million yuan in medium-term notes due 2031, with a coupon rate of 2.69% and a five-year tenor, according to a filing on Aug 19.The notes, part of the group's eighth tranche of 2026 medium-term note issuances, carry a value date of Aug 19, 2026, and mature on Aug 19, 2031. Industrial and Commercial Bank of China served as lead underwriter and bookrunner. Proceeds will be used entirely to repay interest-bearing debt.
