China's three key coal-producing provinces and the Xinjiang region saw raw coal output fall sharply in July, with Inner Mongolia down 12.09% month on month, Shanxi down 11.64%, Shaanxi down 4.39% and Xinjiang down 15.45%, according to data released by the National Bureau of Statistics.
