After review under relevant policies, the office approved reclassifying Yangquan Coal Industry Group Yicheng Shanwa Coal Industry Co., Ltd. from B to D, Shanxi Xinrun Coal Industry Co., Ltd. from C to D, Shanxi Tongzhou Group Liushenyu Coal Industry Co., Ltd. from B to D, and Shanxi Xingxian China Resources Liansheng Guanjia'ya Coal Industry Co., Ltd. from A to D.
