China's Ministry of Finance plans to issue the 17th batch of book-entry fixed-rate treasury bonds for 2026, a three-year fixed-rate coupon bond with a competitive bidding face value totaling 140 billion yuan, open to additional bids from Class A members. Bidding is scheduled for Aug 24, 2026, from 10:35 to 11:35 a.m., with distribution from the close of bidding through Aug 25, and trading to begin on Aug 27.
