Huaihe Energy Group plans to set up a joint venture with Guodian Power, PetroChina Taihu Company and Ordos New Energy Company to develop, build and operate projects at the Kubuqi Desert base in Inner Mongolia, the company said.The joint venture will have initial registered capital of 200 million yuan, with Guodian Power holding 51%, Huaihe Energy 34%, PetroChina Taihu 10% and Ordos New Energy 5%. Huaihe Energy will contribute 68 million yuan in cash. Final registered capital will be set at 20% of the project's completed construction cost, injected in stages in proportion to construction progress.
