Thermal coal prices in central and S Shanxi kept dropping. One Yangquan-based miner lowered slack coal (CV 5,500, S 2%) by 20 yuan/t to 590 yuan/t, mine-mouth with VAT. Recently, coal sales increased as power plants continued normal shipments, and stocks dropped to a low range.
