Carbon prices in China's national carbon market closed at 62.40 yuan/t on Dec 19, up 2.89% DoD. The highest price reached 62.98 yuan/t, while the lowest was 60.85 yuan/t. The total trade volume of CEA was 1.65 Mt, valued at 100.89 mln yuan. Bulk contract trades totaled 1.06 Mt, valued at 62.27 mln yuan, while that of listed contracts amounted to 590,441, valuing 38.61 mln yuan, according to data from Shanghai Environment and Energy Exchange.
