Indonesia's Ministry of Finance aims to finalize a draft regulation on coal export duties by the end of Dec 2025, Febrio Kacaribu, Director General of Economic and Fiscal Strategy at the ministry, said on Dec 16. He did not disclose details on the proposed tariff rates or price threshold. The export tariffs are scheduled to take effective from Jan 1, 2026.
