In Yulin of Shaanxi, local thermal coal prices showed signs of stabilizing. One mine in Shenmu lifted price of slack coal (CV 5,900, S 0.3%) by 10 yuan/t to 635 yuan/t, mine-mouth with VAT. Some end customers purchased on a need-to basis. Coal sales were great and mines basically have no stocks.
