China Coal Energy Co., Ltd., the listed arm of China National Coal Group, produced 12.06 million tonnes of commercial coal in November, up 8.2% from a year ago, said the company in a statement released on December 17.

The November output climbed 6.3% from a month earlier, according to the statement.

The company's commercial coal sales gained 11.4% year on year and 2.8% month on month to 25.8 million tonnes in November.

Sales of self-produced coal grew 13.5% from a year earlier to 12.31 million tonnes in the month。

Over the first eleven months this year, the company churned out 125.71 million tonnes of commercial coal, up 11.9% on the year. Total sales fell by 1.9% to 256.41 million tonnes, with self-produced sales up 1.8% to 124.46 million tonnes.
