On Dec 17, one Linfen-based miner in Shanxi started an auction for 40-Kt fat raw coal (S 4%, V 27-32%, GRI 95) at 470 yuan/t, flat from Dec 10. The deal completely failed, compared to a complete success at 500-505 yuan/t.
