CHN Energy started to run 20,000-tonne train between two major west-to-east railways of Xinshuo and Shuohuang on Dec 21 in a bid to address traffic constraints during busy times, marking it a further enhancement of coal transportation efficiency in the country's second major channel for eastwards coal delivery.
