Daily power coal transportation from China Railway Harbin Group climbed 5.1% MoM, reaching 238 Kt since the start of Dec. As a result, 34 heat and power plants that were feed directly by the railway group held 5.77 million tonnes of coal stocks, enough for 28 days of usage, relatively a rational level.
